I have just started looking at content oriented systems. As part of this experiment I have registered a few domains and have started setting up content management systems and content on these domains. My first experiment is a Guide on Home Mortgage.

The initial content is primarily from Wikipedia. Since Wikipedia content is provided under GFDL the only restriction on me using the content are that I have to give attribution to the source and that I should distribute the content under GFDL itself. Currently only myself and a Professional Writer are involved in generating content for the system. We are hoping to get the site up and running in a matter of a couple of weeks. Once this system is ready I will probably look at similar ideas like this.
