KSFE (i) KSFE is a chitty
KSFE
(i) KSFE is a chitty company owned by the government.
(ii) All payments to KSFE are safe
(iii) Even if you pay one instalment and back out from the chitty, you can get your refunds after the chitty is terminated.
(iv) Chitties are in the ranges of Rs. 1000/- per month to Rs.1,00,000/- per month payable for a duration of 20 months to 100 months as mutually decided.
(v) Remittances can be made by cash, cheque, instruction to bank etc.
(vi) Remittances can also be made from interest acquired on Fixed deposits.
(vii) If the chitty is prized, you have to give a guarantee on the future liability only.
(viii) Prize money can be deposited in KSFE as Fixed deposit till the end of the chitty. This will earn an interest which will be paid either monthly or when the FD is closed.
(ix) Application can be down loaded from www.ksfe.com signed and faxed to us on tele 0481 2562617. Cheque can be handed over by your representative to us to avoid delay.

There is no point in KSFE simply giving their advertisement or simple details regarding the chitties to capture customers. Am not recommending KSFE chitty. Reason is no profit after their service charge and it is very difficult to get the money if you need b4 completing the chitty (documentation for security)
KSFE Chitty is profitable
I have been a subscriber with KSFE since 1989. KSFE also has about 30 lakh customers in Kerala. The customer base of KSFE has increased manifold in the past few years which is a testimony to the popularity and benefit of KSFE chitties. It is true the levy of service charge from the prize money has reduced the attraction of chitties, but the charge is only about 7.21% of the foreman's commission which is not a huge amount. After all we all pay service charge on almost every service that we enjoy. The benefit from chitty cannot be over looked on the basis of the service charge deducted.

my monthly instalment can be upto 50,000.00
i would like to joinn in a chitty the period of it i like is about 36 to 50 months.

i am from Doha and currently having one 40 months chitty with ksfe for 20 lakhs of which 20 times i have paid the installments. till last month, the monthly installment was rs. 44000/- + and this month the amount has suddenly risen to 49996/- (rs. 4 short of installment amount).
